Extra Power Pain Relief - 17p for 16

Was in my local Co-Op this morning and buying some headache tablets.
I noticed that just in front of the checkout they had the usual packet of 16 Extra Power Pain Relief (Anadin Extra in disguise) tablets for just 17p. They are usually about 70p (approx)

I asked why they were reduced as the dates were Oct 2011 on the boxes. They said it was something to do with branding.

However, they also had Piriteze (hay fever tablets) on clearance and Anadin Extra too. The Anadin Extra was down to 51p for 16 (I think usually about (£1.60)

Pretty good offers I would say. Just a shame you can't buy more than 2 lots at a time. I think I will be back later for more!

Hope your branch has these offers too. Hillington, Glasgow certainly does.
