I do the same as Poppy9 and I never use cornflour. It's true that putting it all in one jug - milk,flour - and giving it a whisk every now and again does work. I also make my own pasta which is just strong flour, pinch salt, olive il and an egg. I have a pasta machine but for lasagne I just roll pieces out, drop them in boiling water and then pat them on a clean t-towel. Make a good bolognese and you'll be the talk of the town with this lasagne.0 -
