    I received this email today from Morrisons which basically explains it all so although their website is only set up to allow one entry in total at the moment they are ensuring that ALL entries made on a daily basis will be included until they can rectify the problem on their website

    Dear Miss Denial

    Thank you for contacting us. I was sorry to learn that you have encountered problems when attempting to enter the “Win a Family Trip to Orlando” competition on our website. Please accept my apologies for the delay in responding to you.

    I have investigated this matter with our IT Department and can confirm that this competition is being run by our supplier and our website is not set up to allow more than one entry per competition. Unfortunately, as you quite rightly say, the Terms & Conditions available on our website state that one entry per day is permitted and we are attempting to rectify this situation. In the meantime, our IT Department will ensure that all multiple entries made on different days are entered manually. Please be assured that your entries have been logged.

    Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Please accept my apologies for the confusion caused as a result of this error.

    the it dept are totally inept - had a few probs some months ago with them

    has any mser ever won a comp on there?

    they totally screwed up back the bid campaign

    rant over

    i still cant enter again - wont complain - they know e:)

    They confirmed to me that although it says I've already entered all my entries have been accepted & will continue to do so, so still worth entering daily

    i have contacted them over t & cs - see what reply i get :j and see if it echoes yours :rotfl:

    Liz posted her reply before I got around to checking mine, it wasn't worth bumping the comp with the same reply on the same day :)

    i am certainly not 'bumping' the comp

    i have received a different reply!! contrary what they informed you - i understand their reply to mean they will change t + c to only allow 1 entry
