Morgage in both names-Spouse refuses to help pay it

My spouse and I took out a mortgage almost ten years ago. We both work and I make the payments from my income. She has never helped make one payment. She officially stated she will never help me pay it. I am considering taking her to small claims court or doing something in a legal manner without going through a divorce, even though I have considered it. I admit however, I would enjoy the satisfaction of getting a court order first directing her pay up since the loan is in her name as well.
Can I actually get the law to force her to pay up? If yes, is it worth it?
Thanks!

Forget it.
How does the rest of your different incomes get spread out?0 -
Does she contribute financially or otherwise?
I pay the mortgage from my account, my other half hasnt 'helped' me to make a single payment......... but, he does pay the council tax, gas/elec, water rates and all the shopping from his account and I havent 'helped' him to make a single payment.
If I demand he pays half the mortgage I suspect he will demand I pay half towards the baked beans.:eek:0 -
Yours sound like a happy marriage!!!0
