Stay on the deals page at the item you want to get. Wait for timer to go down to 0 and an add to basket button appears (DO NOT CLICK ON THE PICTURE OF THE ITEM AS IT WILL CHARGE YOU FULL PRICE). You have to click on the button as quickly as possible. Personally I click frantically for about 5 seconds before and also I have more than 1 window open so if it goes to a q or sold out I can go to next page. Most of my items have been won on second or third tab. MAKE SURE YOU ARE SIGNED IN.

I've just glanced up at my basket and there was 1 item in it....getting excited I clicked in......it's a mans bike! I never went for that, I don't even remember one being shown, how odd!
