I saw the Watchdog thing, none of it surprised me, I wish companies wouldn't use them.

I'm trying to find the warehouse and go pick them up myself, last week the had some books if the house over the weekend and by the time they got here they were soaking wet! I don't want soggy chocolates!

HDNL were on Watchdog the other week because they are so rubbish!

You can always drive miles and miles to collect them from their warehouse.
At least with Royal Mail you can go to your local delivery office or pick up from a post office, or even request delivery to a different address. DHL wont to anything to help you.

The radio I ordered on Tuesday arrived this morning. Really pleased with it. I agree its small (wouldn't call it "palm-sized" though, whoever put that must have flippin big hands!) but the sound quality is good. It was £10 cheaper than Play. Just thought I'd post in case it comes up again (since its been on twice!) and anyone was interested.

I had complained to Amazon on number of occasions for using HDNL.

We actually have ordered whine from Sainsbury's a while back and they sent it out with HDNL. Of course, we were working during the day. After work, find the card asking to call the local depot for re-delivery or collection(luckily it is very close for us) asking if we can come and collect it, just to be told that the parcel is not there! We had to wait for another 24 hours for it be returned to the depot. We were joking that the driver took the wine home to have with his dinner.
