    Ohhh Heroes boxset at 8pm...

Just spotted this thread, hello :p
Just because you made a mistake doesn't mean you are a mistake.
  • Hi, my order conformation said £9.99 but my order history said £19.99 which is what made me check my bank, I emailed amazon and they said it was because I didnt order when the lightening deals were on I then rang them and explained that I added it to my basket while the promotion was on and checked out at a later time, she has looked at my order acknowledgement and agreed that it did say £9.99 and has now passed me over to the Lightening Deals special team who apparently will look into it and contact me by email.......

  • I thought i'd try for the diy set just now for DH and managed to get it on the 3rd tab! Now i'm not sure if thats a good price as i know nothing about tools etc just that DH has some very worn out screwdriver bits for his drill and many broken drill bits lol.
Would these things be cheaper elsewhere?
  • Just got the DIY set for my husband who got the drill yesterday. He's getting everything he wants! I think he's finished for Xmas...lol.

Same here- it's meant to be. I've got a few nail polishes that will co-ordinate perfectly. Whether my 20month old son wants it or will ever use it is completely irrelevant lol!

I don't even have any space for it but pffftttt who cares it's blooming gorgeous!Even if it sits in bedroom until summer when he'll be 18months! My LO will be a year old when he gets it at christmas :rotfl: Think it's rrp is £59.99 so I'd say they'll knock it down to £30 only a tenner off the price they have it on as now!
  • I showed it to my husband who said it looked good as it is 90 pieces...and he said it will replace parts he's lost. I had a google for reviews and couldn't find much but there was a 48 piece going at Argos I think it was for much more than this.

This happened to someone else...sorry cant remember who,but it was the Nigella book set...they "won" them at £15...but was charged £81...customer services told them nothing they could do.....so they just refused delivery on arrival to house.
