OK so lets say I complete my checkout for Goldeneye for £29.99.
Do I want/need it, maybe.
Can I sell it on a well known auction site for £49.99 - definitely!!
So for MSE'ers out there, the whole point of being a MSE is to get some more money in your pocket (or less debt), so surely this is still a winning concept.
I can make around £17 after costs for little effort.
And having just seen a post saying "ebay scum" I find a little harsh, as if Amazon posted the saving beforehand those who didn't want it at that prioce wouldn't have clicked on it and therefore those who really did would have had a better opportunity.I didn't do it, nobody saw me do it, you can't prove a thing!
Quidco and Topcashback, £4,569
Shopandscan, £2,840
Tesco Double The Difference, £2,700
Thomson EU261/04 Claim, £1,700
British Airways EU261/04 Claim, EUR12000 -

Not really, no. In fact not at all.
People are Xmas shopping. Do you suggest high street stores close down to stop people spending as well?
Nope, 57% of internet shopping spent on credit cards. Granted its nice to buy presents etc at Christmas (its customary), but, ........really0 -

Well its fine to spend on a credit card if you can afford to pay it back huh:P and are money savvy enough to have a 0% interest one!
Its safer then useing your debit card and not all stores take paypal which is a shame0 -

You can't pay cash via your computer and paying via credit card when shopping online makes sense (granted providing you can pay it off).0 -

Can we get off the subject of who can afford what, I'll only spend what's in my bank account etc........ everyone has different situations.
