I think people in queues should just try opening a new tab and claiming it again. I can't actually remember the last queue I was in that actually gave me the item. It seems to be a glitch in the system and you have much better luck just trying in a new tab. Also I notice Amazon are trying to even up things as fastest click doesn't get the item anymore from my experience.

I am only surprised I've been able to get what I have when you consider!

For example, look at Hot UK Deals forum they currently have 12745 viewing and MSE has 9638 viewing the forums, think of how many 1000's more must be on Amazon and not bothering with forums. And supposing they have 1000 of each item on Amazon, no wonder it goes like a flash!

Remember everybody is doing the same for items that are limited in their numbers.

If only 100 of one item are available and (for argument's sake) 10,000 people are trying for it, that's a 1% chance you have of getting it.

Think its worth doing what people are suggesting, have several windows open. I had 2 firefox and 2 IE and got the kitchenaid on the third window, whilst the other two were showing in queue.
