i clicked on this yesterday and got it  then saw the price £300 odd no way i'd pay that even tho i do love coffee :)

I suspect they might have slightly inflated the original price to make it look like more of a bargain:)

They're trying to get rid of overstocks and in the process make it look like you're getting something special with the limited element of it!

Oh they'll put some loss leaders in there, but most of the stuff is a few £ off Amazon's usual prices when they're not basing them on RRP!!

(Just like in the supermarkets, one week noodles are 2p, next week they are 25p, two weeks later they are 17p, and you are getting a BARGAIN because they are 7p cheaper apparently when in actual fact they have conveniently raised the price by 15p!)

  • people do seem to get a bit carried away, buying things just because they think its a bargain as amazon have reduced their price slightly.

Same stuff was coming up today as yesterday. You'll find a lot of people furiously clicking "just incase" and then taking it out of their basket when they realise the true price of it!

yeah but you probably wouldn't have bought the wii if there was only a couple of £ off it like amazon are doing with some things!

Well done on getting a wii by the way :j
  • Our family need a new TV and my father likes Sony so I really hope that I can get the Sony TV this week even if the odds are against me. Equally, I'd love to get the Blu-Ray player for him as an Xmas pressie. Those are the only two items I'm interested. I have not tried to claim any other items as I don't think its fair on the genuine people buying the items for themselves or gifts and not to make a quick buck.

  • Does anyone know if they are planning to put the Canon camera back on?? Really want this.

And what time will the Razor scooter be on? Wondering if i need to set my alarm (they're starting at 7am now aren't they, or is it still 9am?)

Would be over the moon to get the scooter it's been on DS' xmas list for months so that really would be a saving.
