I got the radio!!! Husband is pleased but now after reading more about it, in order for it to be portable it only takes certain batteries and you need a special charger @£17.50 for it. Otherwise it can be plugged into the wall..... hmmmm.

Having tried yesterday for several items and had NO success. Decided to treat it as a game rather than a shopping experience! and Had another go. Missed out on Beatles CDs & Goldeneye game, both of which I would have loved but got powerball (not as cheap as hoped but cheapest for that particular model) & radio (just wanted a small one to leave on for the dog when we're out!)
Its a lottery i suppose but I've never been very lucky on that either!! Certainly woukldn't stay in to attempt to get them (unlike yesterday!!)

I agree it's quite pointless getting something when you don't have the platform to play it on, but then again, someone could be wanting something for their family.

Very true. If they put it on the main site at a standard £20, I doubt many people would bother with it.

To be honest, it was a bit of a giggle yesterday, but really these prices are crap. If I'd have spent more time searching the net or working, I'd have saved more. They are having a good clear out, at our expense. They know what they are doing.

Won't be on this thread long today.;)
