I wish there was a sticky post on here as the same questions keep getting asked;


Why didn't I win - Because they sell out in less than 2 seconds, so click quick.

How do I try to win - watch the item counter and when it hits zero a Buy button appears, click that very quickly

I'm in a queue, will I get an item - Nobody has a definitive answer to this, if someone dumps an item they won, you may get jump up the queue and get it, but bear in mind the listing goes off the page pretty quickly (in 1 hour or less)

Do I need to be signed into Amazon - It can't hurt so do it!

The price of x is cheaper elsewhere, Amazons saving of xx percent is rubbish - The saving is based on the RRP, NOT the best selling price.

The items don't exist - of course they do, just read these pages.

can I ask somone how this works. I clicked on one last night to see and there was no add to basket just a button saying somthing like check lightning price? What should I be clicking when things go live x

just under where it has the price crossed out and the 'wait and see'

click on this and click the button that appears above the timer at zero, don't do it from the item page itself

Do apple offer discount to nhs workers? My brother works at our local hospital and is hoping to bag a bargain on Friday. Is the discount available online? Thanks

Not much I fancy today, I may have a look again later but for the prices it hardly seems worth rushing back to the PC for them.

cant believe apple are doing one too, i just bought an ipod touch about 3 weeks ago, although saying that, i did get it for a lower price than normal. hope the discount isnt better than the price i paid now, else im gonna be really !!!!!!.
