    If I was to click add to basket straight away, am I still allowed to cancel it if I change my mind?

    If so, I'm pretty sure thats why they put you in a queue, for all the people who cancel there order.

    absolutely. you can keep it in your basket and it's not confirmed until you go thru the normal order process

    presumably because the item is not available for prime delivery (pay an amount for the year and get priority mail for free) ???
