    Its £9.24 instore.
The press ad is a bit crafty. There are 2 crossed out prices, £18.48 and £15. Meaning its half the higher price. It says you can buy Baileys at £15 when you spend under £30 instore, so not really half the current selling price.
Online its £15,(no mention of the higher price) and half that for the offer.

Surely its £7.50? When i added it to my basket is £15.00 so will it not come through as £7.50?

Am expecting delivery any minute so will let you know if its £9.24 or £7.50, I'm hoping £7.50 or internet ads were very misleading and would have been cheaper at Asda or Morrisons without additional spends

Someone posted on Food Shopping & Groceries that they had it delivered this morning & it was £9.24. They phoned up and Tesco said they'd refund the £1.74, but refunded the whole £9.24! https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/2878050

can confirm was charged £9.24 not £7.50, also subsituted one item which meant I lost out on 300 extra points, will be getting in contact with them now to see what they can do

The online offer is blatantly misleading, it clearly shows it as £15 and says get it half price, no mention of £18.48 unlike the press ad.
I suggest anyone who does this vigorously pursues this if charged any more than £7.50. Does DTD apply online?

Delivery guy agreed it was misleading too and suggested to contact customer services. I've emailed them and will let you all know what response I get.

Really disappointed as usually Tesco seem to be quite good for me, but just feel a bit ripped off now. I know its only £1.70ish but being mislead just puts you off.

Especially when in the same order you loose out on 300 extra points because of a subsitution (for a tub of ferrero rocher that was half the size of the one I ordered but more expensive!?!)

  • Hi
The 1 litre bottle of baileys is only £9 in Asda at the moment.

Yes but when Tesco are selling it at £15 and saying get it half price, you expect it to be £7.50.
They have clearly messed up on this, unlike last time when they stated get it for £10.
