I ordered this last week when it was 20% off so was a bit peeved to find it half price 3 days later so rang up ELC and they refunded me the difference so that was good of them. I saw it in Mothercare on Wednesday and thought it was OK so am glad I got it.

Glad you got the difference refunded. Its annoying when that happens. It happened to me when I odered a toy from tesco but they didn't refund me the difference. I guess every retailer is different.

The lady I spoke to said the same 'it's annoying when that happens', they did refund the difference of £9 something (will check my credit card online in a few days) so am very impressed with ELC.

hiya do you mean carrboard? if so, no its thin wood/mdf type stuff ( sorry not really up on my wood knowledge!!)

we have the old style castle and had it 5+ years and had 2 girls play with it and still in good condition.

well worth the money!
