N Power DCA letter

Goodmorning all you DFW

my other half just woke me up this mornng with a debt collection letter(oh joy). from n power saying i owe them £272.83. no letters before hand to say i owe em money. Plus when i was with npower we had prepayment installed. When i tryed calling them this morning they advised there systems are down.

anyway how easy will it be able for them to understand this is a mistake and fix it. anyone else had same problems and was it resolved?

Thanks guys :)

  • Sounds like an error to me.. they've probably sent it to you by mistake as I'm sure they have to send you final demands etc before they pass it on to a collections agency??

Npower are pretty handy at sending the big boys in, I know, Ive been there

Do speak to them thou, they need to call the dogs off and pronto. if they dont, tell them youll be speaking with trading standards
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
