The barcode is for an additional £10 boots voucher / gift card? if you spend over £170, so you don't HAVE to have a barcode.

If I was spending over £170 and I could do it I'd split up the purchase into three groups of £50 to get three lots of 1000 bonus points.0

Just been tonight. Got loads of Christmas gifts and some make up for me
