Dell finance.. early settlement fee?

My DH has a Dell finance agreement (Which I'm presuming is the same as a personal loan.) and was wondering if anyone knew whether he would get any penalties for paying it off early? We can't find his agreement anywhere and he won't get chance to call them until tuesday...

My OH has one too which thankfully is due to finish at Christmas.
We rang up and I cannot remember them saying there was a penalty for paying it off early, the only thing I can remember is them telling us the apr was something hidious like 29.9%!
Even if there is a penalty, you might end up saving!Time to make a change .......
