Not printable but just had some success with the moc from the Sunday Mirror for Focus, £10 off £50 spend...got emulsion( on offer 20% off)/gloss and lightbulbs( 45% off)...came to £56...heard announcement over tannoy to enter comp to win a car..went to CS and asked for form, she gave me a newspaper type mailer thingy with entry form on back..I always carry scissors and a pen , so cut it out and entered comp...noticed moc for paint roller and tray and set of 6 brushes free with £30 worth of paint just underneath the comp entry form...handed everything in together with my pensioner discount card....got 10% of, then £10 off ...did say £10 not to be used with other discount but SA said it was OK to use it...Sa got the brushes/roller and tray and said she thought I'd done very well....
I thought so too...fingers crossed I win the car........15 holiday wins :)but not a car...daughter has won a car , but not me...:(

not sure if this is a result, still no real reason for our ban.:( here is the email i just recieved.

Dear Mrs *******

Thank you for your patience whilst I have been investigating this issue further.

I have discussed this with James Sanders who would like me to apologise that you feel that he was insulting you during your telephone conversation recently. He was asking questions about the incident which took place when you were banned, so we can get to the bottom of what happened and offer a suitable resolution for you. It certainly wasn't his intention to cause you further upset.

During your telephone conversation with James, you said you recalled Bernie being involved when you were banned from the store. He has now spoken to Bernie who has advised that although you used a vast amount of coupons, you did stay within the company policy so I would like to take this opportunity to apologise for this ban being issued.

I would like to confirm that we are happy to lift the ban so you can continue to shop in our store however I would like to take this opportunity to advise you of our new, updated coupon policy.

We will respond to specific marketing activity which is carried out by other retailers, by only accepting selected conditional spend coupons and for a limited period of time. Please be assured that this will be clearly communicated on an individual promotional basis to our participating stores.

If you have any queries with regards to which coupons we accept, please don't hesitate to contact myself of our Customer Service Team in store.

I do hope that I have restored your faith in our operation and that you can continue to shop with us. Thank you very much for bringing this matter to the attention of our Chief Executive's Office.

It appears you were banned for using ..."a vast amount of coupons"....pre Black Friday, that would have applied to a lot of us on here

basicly I dont think they know why he banned us, and after talking to bernie, they are now clutching at straw to try and keep "face"

but that still does not make it right the way we were frogged marched out of the store with all and sundry to see us.:mad:

Wow 15 holidays that has to be a record, we never win a thing on anything we are so unlucky it's unreal
People around us seem to win and infact last week at a christmas do our friends won 2 items from the raffle and their son won 3 items everyone seemed to win one thing apart from us lol we have another do on Sat so i am hoping we win something as there is some nice goodies and a huge hamper i wouldn't mind winning:rotfl:

I've had the Cushelle e-mail - 3 times in fact, but it just tells me that I've already had the coupon. Seems to be a bit of a recurring theme... *rolls eyes*
