I've tried it on the bottom rack, the top rack, making sure it's upright and not on an economy wash, but nothing seems to work well. The first time we used it DH put it on again, because he looked at a couple of plates and thought I hadn't turned it on!

I agree Josie, I am going to try taking them out of the thingie:o, and just putting the cleaner where I would put my tablet....

EDIT: sorry not a good printable at all...you need 3 codes from promotional packs to get a free pack. sorry!!!!!!! my mum sent it to me to print, and I got all excited about finding a new MOC before finding out where she got it from
