  • I thought you'd have to spend the total amount of all your conditional spends for them to accept more than one?

Dunno! Whenever I've used conditional spends I've always been careful to use them in a particular order (and careful about adding up to get above the right amount!) so used the £50 cond spend first then the others in descending order.
  • crikey, just read a bit further down the thread - Bully I hope you are ok, thinking of you.

cpoir - put your feet up and hope t'babby stays put so you can enjoy some time on your own and do a bit of nesting (don't the tops of your kitchen cupboards urgently need cleaning?!!)
  • Just back from big shop at Tescos and in the 4 hrs since my initial trip they have changed the price on the Finish Quantumatic to show £4.49! Wonder if my scanning it prompted them to do it?
Just before I left the postie delivered 4x £10 off £50 Tesco vouchers, only useable at my local store woo hoo! Am now wondering if this was generated following my complaint the other week about them not taking competitor vouchers. I have deliberatley not used my clubcard since, I've been using OH's so they must think I'm shopping elsewhere. The 4 x £10 didn't come for OH's card (nor the cat's).

Good shop - feedback must have filtered down about the competitor coupons cos I carefully got up to £52 and used:
    £10 off £50 Tesco
    £5 off £30 Sainsbos
    £5 off £25 M&S
    £5 Finish quantumatic
and then I thought what the heck and tried
£2 off £10 Anglia Coop, which also worked!

Am now feeling very smug as I'm sure you may be able to tell from my post!

Well done on a great shop! :T

Is there anybody there?...apart from all that, have had a really good time...the views from our room our fabulous, the trips to the temples and tombs have been sooo good ....bought a load of tat from the poor peeps that sell them, if you haven't been to Luxor you can understand them revolting, they are soooo poor and work hard for a pittance , when they do have a job that is, and the jobs are mainly in tourism , so if this stops tourism then they are in serious trouble.....got to go now think there is going to be some sort of meeting soon and don't want to miss out on any info....

Bye for now , hope my next post will be from the comfort of home...

Keep safe bully and hope you get home without any more scares. :A

  • Didn't have many mocs to use tonight, but had some success. Used a £4 Sainsburys Conditional spend in Tesco. Also had a £2 moc sent to me by Hellmans in response to some feedback I gave them. It was a Unilever moc and came in very handy to use against the Pot Noodles on offer, for OH. Also didn't realise there was 20% on adult clothing, until I looked at my receipt.

For those who have the £1 Fairy fabric conditioner mocs, missed the offer in Sainsburys [like me] and can't use printables at Asda [also like me], I found the large bottles on offer in Morrisons for £2 tonight. :)

Sleep Better - The Good Sleep Handbook

Life is better when you've slept properly. So this weekend, as part of the Start Happy season, we're bringing you two great giveaways: The Good Sleep Handbook and The Good Sleep CD.

The Good Sleep Handbook has been developed with Professor Colin Espie, co-founder of Sleepio and head of the Glasgow University Sleep Centre. It features a personality test, so you can gauge your attitude to sleep, and practical tips to improve it. Plus, you can calculate your Sleep Score and compare it with the results of the Great British Sleep Survey, also published in the guide.

Start happy: with The Good Sleep Handbook with the Guardian on Saturday and The Good Sleep CD with the Observer on Sunday
