Hi
I too tried the Charles Worthington coupons today and got told I had not spent enough.
I went to customer services and 3 CS staff were having a good old gossip and ignored me for over 5 minutes. I was patient but when I started huffing a bit one turned and asked if I needed anything.
I explained I had bought some CW products and the coupons did not work. She wanted to know where I had got the coupons from and then went to look for a mag. Her and the other 2 assistant kept saying its the wrong product. After waiting around for a further 10 minutes I was really annoyed by now, and just told one of the other CS assistant to give me my money back as if they won't accept the coupon I don't want the products.
Well annoyed, she even took the clubcard points back.
Good job she didn't notice I had spent £52 and used 2 x £5 M&S coupons as when she gave me my money back it went down to £40 before other mocs. lol
