just read this on the ccf forum. this happened at asda.:eek:

i had an email sent to me the other day from a friend that when i find it i shall post here it was saying when she got home she found it had 20 pound cash back on her recpite tho she never asked for cash back then it happened again. the email will explain all but it seems that they, ie person on till rings up cash back without you knowing and somehow pockets the money..

To make matters worse ...THIS SCAM CAN BE DONE ANYWHERE, AT ANY RETAIL OR WHOLESALE LOCATION!!!
BEFORE LEAVING THE CHECK-OUT........CHECK YOUR RECEIPT!!!!!
THIS COULD HAPPEN ANYWHERE. CHECK YOUR RECEIPT BEFORE LEAVING THE STAND. I'VE SEEN PEOPLE DO JUST THAT. NOW I'LL START!

hopefully this link will take you to the forum.

I've had this e-mail and it wasn't all it seemed. For one thing is said the cash back was taken on a credit card, but you can't get cashback on them. I checked it out on hoax slayer, where it says its a mutation of a US version.

Morning all....Quite chilly and wet here too....

Sorry to be off the topic. But I sold 1 item on Ebay and recived the feedback like this, "jestem zadowolona z zakupu towaru"

I guess its polish language. Can anyone explain the meaning of it please?

I googled it but couldn't find the answer.

    TIA :)
    I googled it too;)

    Translation:

"I am satisfied from shopping of commodity"

so I guess you didn't get a negative;)

I still can't print these. On firefox it just makes adobe flash player crash. I have IE 64 bit, which tells me I need to install adobe and then does what is known in techie speak as s*d all. I give up! :o
Last time around I seem to recall that this was fixed by adding the cokezone site to to your popups list...

Had a really good day today! Used 2 Coca Cola vouchers, got loads of 10p bargains from the Wilkinsons Christmas sale, got some excellent Peppa pig stuff (from £15 to £2.50) and some bargain bedding!

Also came home from work to 3 missed parcel cards :p What have I been ordering now?? Feel sorry for my postman with all the freebies and grabbits on here.

Only downside of today was that my Tesco 'Extra' store doesn't do and has never had the Tesco magazines! I am shocked  Although, I have had a kind offer on here for some vouchers, so thanks :)
