Nope just for me, its what the mortgage advisor suggests, but like i said never heard of them0 -
Nobody has anything good, bad or indifferent to say, hmmm doesn't fill me with confidence about them then....0

Broker only - have put a few mortgages through with them and never had a problem (am quite a fan of Nationwide as well to be honest).
It is a complete mystery why you want to ask a bunch of strangers on an internet site, whose qualifications/experience you have no idea of (you can include me in that description), on a Sunday night their opinion rather than the broker whose qualifications/experience you presumably do know and speak to directly.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. I too am looking at Mortgage Works for a BTL mortgage. I was dubious at first too but i'm gonna give their direct service a ring tomorrow to discuss options. They tend to deal a lot with mortgage advisors and it is part of nationwide, so cant be that bad!0

Why were you dubious and why would you rather deal direct than go through a broker?
Beware of the fees for TMW. May be better deals out there.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Obviously the broker has advised me and says they are good and quick, which is what i need, but its always good to get a few more opinions if possible.
I'm obviously not going to take anything said on here as gospel, just wondered if anyone had dealt with them and what their experiences were.0 -
I thought they were BTL specialists, but perhaps not.
What is the deal on offer?0 -
We took out a BTL mortgage with them a few years ago. All very straightforward, no problems.0

They have obscenely high fees from the BTL products I have looked at.0
