had the same email & reply when contacted them,
as the closing date isn't till January, i'm holding off entering until nearer the date, they should have it fixed properly by then


the only other entry methods are text (25p)

text TSS8 then a space followed by your name, house number
or house name & postcode, then your answers
all separated by a space to 80088


phone 0901 022 0699
(25p per min (average call costs 35p)
when asked for the Issue number key in 8


or fax (25p per min from bt lines)
0901 022 0625

Didn't see last post and have just re-entered online, no doubt i wil be disqualified even thought it's their fault :mad:

Might be helpful if the OP edited first post, saying a different method of entry is now required for those who entered when the form was playing up;)

I have edited the first post but from what I can gather they only accept your first answer anyway, which probably means that every single one of us that entered when the form was wrong will be disqualified regardless of how many entries you done after! :mad:

They only except your first online answers. In their competition queries section it says 'Unfortunately as this is a FREE service we cannot accept responsibility for any entries submitted in error. Please therefore submit your entry by one of the alternative routes, ie by post, phone, fax or sms.' Plus the woman who you spoke to said that it was o.k to submit your answers via a different method so i think that we should be alright as long as we don't use the online method again.

so just to clarify - is it only people who entered BEFORE the 22nd ( when the form was playing up) that should re enter or everybody?:o

Its only the people that entered when the form was juggled about that need to re-enter!
