Help with claimng bank charges please

HI and happy weekend to all
Im just wondering if on this board we have a resident expert of claiming back bank charges that I could Pm or find help from.
Ive tried on the consumer action board but I really dont understand what im doing. Im going to be needing to go to the court stage now.

can you give more details of which bank you are claiming about and then maybe somebody will come forward that has been succesful with that bank and can give advice. I am surprised that the CAG has not been helpful - they were brilliant with me and always responded within a day to any queries that I posted on my thread there. Maybe they are a bit busier now than they were when I claimed mine back.
