My husband ended up in A+E just by loading washing into the washing machine... I'm too scared to have twigs for fear of what he'd do to himself with them.
The rental market for "professional/family" type properties around here hit silly levels in the last few months - 6 prospectives chasing any remotely decent property, stuff goes let within days of hitting the market and letting agents are at their worst at the moment. Was the major factor in us making the leap into buying - couldn't stand the prospect of having to find somewhere decent and new to rent anymore.Little miracle born April 2012, 33 weeks gestation and a little toughie!0
