Not sure why but everyone I speak to seems to be South African - maybe they outsourced their call centre there!

It winds me up straight away because my ex gf was from SA and it didn't end well

I just repeated the same information I'd given them yesterday (BR number and date, and talk to the OR)

They only have my pre br number which will be cut off next week anyway!
