Hi, I was looking for some advice please. Am currently on a Debt Management Plan and have about £20,000 debts. These debts were accrued during a career change and time as a student a few years ago. I now earn £33,000. I have mortgage for £120,000 with approximately £93,000 outstanding and never missed a mortgage payment. My deal ended at the summer for my current dealer and I wondered if in my circumstances I would be able to remortgage to a better deal as I am currently paying over 7%. Thanks for your advice.
