The vouchers that you change instore are just for using at tesco direct, you need to change your vouchers online for get the lable vouchers/codes, I've done it twice in the last 2 weeks and had the codes both times within 24 hours, so don't know where the 48 days has come from!!!!!
Got my DD the pink cardy uggs for £49.99, they have size 3, if anybody has small feet may be woth ordering the kids.

Thanks, my partner is going to ring them again and may get someone else on the other end, the other problem he as that he cant log in as he as forgot his pass word the lady who he spoke to said that she could not send his password to him as the system was down and then said but it is pointless as it will take 48days for you to receive your Codes .

Well managed to get the codes that i needed on sat, We tried to put them in but it refused 5 codes, tried to ring tesco but they where not open till Monday, they sent 5 more codes yippee :T
But then to my horror they had sold out of my size :eek:
so we had to email tesco with the codes and explanation off what as happened fingers crossed we will get our vouchers back .

Oops looks like I've left it too late to do this now, they don't have my size anymore. Not sure what else to use my vouchers on!
