Yorkshire Bank assignment to ME111 Ltd

I received a judgement against me for non payment of my Yorkshire/Clydesdale Bank loan. I was never given details of the date of the hearing and was not given copies of the evidence the Bank submitted to the Court, but this is another story. Yorkshire Bank obtained the judgement by default.
As i couldn't pay the full amount I came to an arrangement with the Court to pay the Bank a monthly amount. I have just heard that the Bank have assigned the debt to ME111 Ltd and they have appointed Marlin Financial Services Ltd to manage the debt. Marlin have also offered me the option of settling the debt at an 'advantageous figure', I have never heard of ME111 or Marlin.
Any advice on the way forward would be much appreciated.
