  • Ive got some gloves!!!
  • I posted about these SIMS in the Grabbit Board on Monday, posting it was a short term offer, however it was moved into this forum by Guide redfox.

I tried to persuade redfox it should have been a Grabbit, saying it was only available for a matter of hours and got this reply posted in this thread:

If that is definately the case then yes, it probably is a Grabbit. But from watching these things previously, they seem to go on far longer than that. The december freesim one was still working last week as I recall people saying

Now that the offer has closed, the thread becomes a sticky???? (Why wasn't it just moved to the closed forum?)

    1) Why can't a freebie be posted on the Grabbit Board?

    2) Why do we have so many stickies? Because there are so many, they lose their status - shouldn't a sticky be intended for everyone to read before moving into non-sticky posts?

This thread seems to have been made a sticky as a result of an OT row about the rights and wrongs of selling freebies!

personally, i dont see whats wrong with posting the sim freebie on BOTH boards (freebies and grab it)
I dont go on the grab it board simply because i dont own credit cards and the majority of posts on there are good deals, but always seem to need a CC to pay for P&P, or its something thats a percentage off of the RRP.
the sim's do run out quickly, they are also free, so suitable for both boards really.
The december one, (as ive said many times) probably doesnt even work! it is more than likely a mess up on o2's part and they havnt realised it yet.
I seem to be one of the lucky ones that get the sims whenever i order them :D and i always order to the same address

The thread was made a sticky when the offer was still available. This was only a temporary sticky, with the intention of avoiding any more duplicate posts on the topic.

Now that the offer has finished the thread has been moved over to the 'Gone but not forgotten' board. Hope this makes sense. :)
