                    i have made biscuits using the 321 method before but i just can't remember what the quantities are??

            321 is classic shortbread proportions- 6oz plain flour, 4oz butter, 2oz sugar. Mix all together , roll out, cut into biscuits and bake at Gas 6 for 15 mins until golden.If I'm over the hill, where was the top?0
