Sky+ for NEW customers?

I've seen the thread about Sky + for existing customers, but what about for new customers?
Last Christmas Sky did a free Sky + box for new customers, so I'm hoping they'll do it this year too. I'm currently with NTHell and want to get rid when my subscription ends next month, so a heads up would be much appreciated.
Also, is the Sky broadband any good? Was thinking of getting that to replace my NTHell one too - could a deal be struck for the lot?
