Ok...for anyone interested,to get free returns from Shudoo.you have to contact them and request a free return label...it is then Emailed to you...along with a message telling you that the return may take 14 days..then a further 14days for them to check it...and if they dont receive it by 28days then its presumed lost and the purchasers responsibility...Eh..not very reassuring...also how does the up to 14days free return affect the 7day return allowance on reduced price goods ?..bit of a pain realy....looks like im gonna have to pay for returns to ensure the boots get back on time for me to get my money back...wouldnt have ordered if id known all this beforehand....aw well,still a good deal on the boots if they fit you.....once bitten n twice shy and all that;)

For full price items you have 28 days from the date that you received the item until the date that you return this back to us. For items bought either in the sale or with a discount code, there is a 7 day period within which you must return these to Shudoo, should they not be suitable.

We allow a number of days either side of the aforementioned time frames to allow for delivery times either side.

Same here. I ordered mine on Friday 19th, money taken from account Monday 22nd but order still processing !!??!! :mad:

I would email the address in the confirmation email - something like [EMAIL="info@shudoo.co.uk"]info@shudoo.co.uk[/EMAIL] or similar - I emailed them after 5pm when they close yesterday and had an email back at 09:02 this morning!:)

Many thanks for the info re email and phone numbers.

Emailed earlier today - heard nothing so far.

Telephoned - told me order SHOULD be OK as they've not heard differently from warehouse re. stock. Said delivery normally 3-4 days but to contact them again this time next week if still not arrived / dispatched !!!

A little off topic, but I have a pair of cream cardy uggs and I have braved them through the washing machine and they are much cleaner but the bit that is above the rubber sole but below the cardy bit is still looking a little dirty. Has anyone got any good advice to get them looking as good as new?
