We add prizes to the vault every few days, the numbers are never reset and once a prize has been won, that number won't b...e used again, it will just come up as a wrong number from then on.

The Santas Vault not working proerply, its locked people out when they havent tried for days, i was due for a try at midnight last night and locked out, logged in today at 8, still saying am locked out for 11.13.00 hours when it should have been reduced or cleared by now

Can you confirm whats going on?

When do you add prizes to the vault?

When you add prizes to the vault are the number all reset?

When a prize is won are the numbers to the vault reset?

Are the numbers to the vault reset on a daily basis?

Can the same number be used twice, if a prize had used it earlier whe the competition started?
