Pumpkin Seeds - what to do?

I impulse bought a kilo of pumpkin seeds in the Holland & Barrett sale thinking I could do something with them to put towards my XMas hampers.

I still haven't thought of anything so I'm on the verge of admitting defeat.

Help, any ideas welcomed!

You could make some Roast Pumpkin Seeds (as a snack)

You could make a Pumpkin Seed Loaf nearer the time - you can freeze it in the meantime.

You could try Martha Stewart's Pumpkin Seed Candy (bit like peanut brittle) or her recipe for Sweet and Spicy Pumpkin Seeds (another snack idea)
