The official page about it can be found on the sun web site.
Basically it seems the sun is putting on an extra date for the x factor tour on Sunday March 20th.
All 12,000 tickets will be free to sun readers, have to collect 4 tokens between this Saturday and next Friday to be entered into the draw for tickets.
