Tax\Payment Question :-(

Hi all, one for people who know about tax or payrolls only, this will bore the sh*t out of anyone else!
Basically i changed over employer, but stayed in same job, the previous employer reclaimed over paid holiday (took more days than had earnt pro rota) in last payslip and new employer paid this to me and took off rest of annual holiday entitlement.
Over the course from April this year to November Previous Employer paid me in £92.71 in holiday entitlement, so after tax and NI i got £63.97.
In my last wage slip in November from previous employer they reclaimed from me £92.71 over paid holiday.
My new employer paid me back £63.97
Now it seems that the previous employer has taken back £92.71 from me, yet i only received £63.97 in the first place, should they not be reclaiming thie difference from the Tax & NI office as it appears new employer has paid the post tax & NI amount back to me?
I'm a tad confused and want to understand where iam before going forward with it! thanks
