If you submitted a guess you will have been entered into the grand prize draw for the £250 in vouchers and if your guess was correct, you will have also been entered for that weeks draw!

Were you ever subscribed in the past to Cotswold Outdoor emails? If so, maybe you unsubscribed and are therefore not getting the ongoing emails. If you PM me or get in touch with our call centre then we can look into it further for you.

I keep having to register to play , shouldnt i just have to do that once \??

I too have not had any emails from them. Just tried to log in and it says my email is not registered. I try to register and it keeps telling me to "Please select you title" despite me have Mrs correctly in the title. I have even tried changing it to Miss in case it doesn't like Mrs but no, it will not let me register

Hi marialionza - sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I have now replied via PM.

To all those that are still having problems revealing previous letters, this is done by clicking on the link 'See last week's email for previous letter...' in the email that you receive. This will open the previous email in online format. Then you can again click on 'See last week's email for previous letter...' to go back again and so on until you see the past emails that you did not receive. Once you get to that email, click on the 'play now' to see the letter revealed. Hope that helps!

Thanks for pointing this out. We have not created any accounts so that you can log in and change settings. This is something I will ask our team to have a look at!

If you want to PM me with your email address I can then double check to see if there is something happening which is restricting us from sending you email.
