BR coming soon..Where to get free advice?

I'm planning to file for bankruptcy in January. I've been on a DMP, with a private company, for about 8 months. I'm aware my debts cannot be paid, I'm on benefits and have no assets.
If before January a creditor takes me to court, as they're threatening, what's I'm supposed to do then? I have to wait till January when I hope I'll have the money to pay the BR fees.
Where can I get free BR advice and help with filling the forms? I'm not sure if I can do a DIY BR, it's all too scary.
Any advice welcome. Thank you!

Don`t worry about anyone taking you to court before Xmas, there is not enough time for them to do that, and when you go BR there is nothing they can do to you anyway.:pB&SC No. 298
