Hi can anyone help?

I ordered £130 of deals tokens for a Best Western hotel deal, but now that I've received the tokens, the dates I want aren't available. Does anyone know if I can use the deals tokens against another hotel brand on clubcard deals?

I can't see anything on the voucher saying it can only be used on Best Western.

Yes you can use them on any other hotel stay, marriott, hilton etc. HTH

"Did you know? - Hotel tokens can be used for any hotel company in rewards, or for any rewards that aren’t “buy in full".

This is in the terms n conditions.

I had the exact same problem with Best Western Tesco vouchers. Ended up widening my search to have any Thurs-Sun night any week in the next year, and STILL nothing was available!!

Kept getting told to ring back, which I kept going but still no joy. Ended up writing to them about it and they returned my Tesco points back onto my account, which was good for us, because we didn't want to stay at any of the other hotels.
