i ordered 3 at £2.95 and only one arrived
The email order confirmation deffo says 3, shame they didn't honour it but just sent one out without any contact.

My email clearly says 3 so I'm going to send an email and have a moan, just really poor customer services tbh. They even substituted the lip gloss for lipstick so not great value for me, I only bought them as I was planning of gifting some of the items which gave me better 'value'.

Chri.t cant believe people can be so unbelievably selfish be happy with one instead of ordering a whole lot and then complain about the fact that they dont honour it???????? what on earth do you expect! I really do wonder sometimes!

I received mine yesterday, I think its great, I got a lipstick instead of a lipgloss but I will give that to my mum as it will go great with her other presents! The nail file is good too as I have been meaning to get a new one for a while and it says it can be used on acrylic nails!

It's just that I wouldn't have purchased them had I known they would only send one, and that they would substitute the items. Yes, I am moaning but I don't think I'm being 'unbelievably selfish' asking for what I ordered, isn't that what you would normally expect - to get what is on your confirmation order? It's just for me the items I was sent and will use are not worth it for me. I ordered 3, not like I completely took the mickey.
If they had sent me an email saying there was a problem I would have been more than happy, I just don't like it when companies don't deliver what you have ordered and don't contact you to warn you.

EDIT: By the way - thanks OP, it is a good deal if the items are you colour, but for those who ordered more than one should be aware that only one might be delivered.
