Will this type of use on the plannig for the property stop me getting a mortgage?

Hi
I've got good credit, great deposit and the property is not over priced.
I'm looking to get a mortgage for a property with use as: 'living accommodation with drop in centre', but I would just be using it for living accomodation.
Will this make it more difficult to get a mortgage?
I don't want to pay valuation fees and then find out they won't give me a mortgage!
Any help would be great. Thanks!

Hi,
Could you expand on this please. With some further details.'living accommodation with drop in centre'0 -
Well a few years ago it was a house with a youth drop in centre, then it was a house with offices. But it's official use is living accomodation with drop in centre.0

Does that help? I'd rather not risk the £200 on fees if there's a way not to. I've heard from a mortgage broker that most banks avoid anything out of the ordinary these days?0

Is the layout of the property conform to what could be described as a residential unit. Or was it purpose built ?0

Thanks.
It was an end terrace house.
Edit: and still is, it's just got more windows and an extra outside door.0 -
In basic outline should not be an issue. Speak to your perspective lender first if in doubt.0

Thanks.
