My husband has been out of work for 6 months and has finally got a permanant job now so we are looking into a mortgage
We currently rent at £600 pcm and our earnings are £15k each
I have seen a flat for £40,000 and have a deposit of £5,000 but my credit is in the poor bracket, this mortgage would only be about £240 pcm and I could then pay off loads of debt
Our debt is a total of £15000 and have all defaulted, im now paying large amounts to reduce this debt, I have a few good credit agreements, is there any mortgage broker that would help us
Thansk for your time
