I know veg boxes aren't too OS but I do like them and now have a nice full fridge - but need inspiration.

Can you give me some recipes that use these -
fennel
black kale
red cabbage
pak choi
cauliflower

Also got spuds, onions, carrots, leeks.

I am going weightwatchers so cant use cheese or cream or bread tooo much!

What sort of things shall I do with these then ?
