  • if its damp claire you can get some special paint thats stops it coming through we used it in one of the bedrooms at out other house. damp seal i think its called

    the estate agent said its not damp but where there has been something leaning against a wall, and no air has been able to circulate so it leaves a black mark :( looks very unsightly, looks much better now I have scrubbed the wallpaper, but it seems to be coming off the wall and it has torn in the corner, so I don't think I will get away with just painting it.
