Help needed please on removing a stain...

Was wondering if anyone could give me some help, my son was very poorly over the weekend and was sick all over my cream wool rug. I got most of it up immediatley, and then used my bissel carpet cleaner on it, then on monday I did it again with 1001 carpet stain remover and cleaned again with the machine and the stain is still there! Is there any old fashioned remedies that I may have overlooked? Any suggestions very gratefully recevied!

  • Although it sounds gross, you need to know what he ate to make the stain. Different remedies for beetroot, carrots..... Sorry

Hi, Yep definatley gross! But it did smell really awful, he had pizza for tea the night before and breakfast was just toast, think he did smack on fruit throughout the day too. My american neighbour has just given me some stuff to try which she got from there, which has some kind of bacteria thing in it that 'eats' the stain. She said its all natural and not dangerous to the kids or dogs so will try that.
Dont know what possesed me to get a cream rug when I have kids and dogs anyway!
