mortgage waiver documents

Hi there im new to this so please bare with me.
So from the beginning. During divorce proceedings, various alleged frauds have it would appear been perpertrated upon myself.
In 1995 i purchased a property with my now estranged wife. I put the deposit down , and took out a Halifax PEP plan.
I didnt go on the tile deed, but in 2003 took out a second charge mortgage with I Groups, and went on the charge register.
In 2006 it would appear when the trouble began. My PEP had 4000 taken out without my knowledge or concent.
Subsequently approx 22 cheques bearing my signature left my current account the PEP was paid into. Leaving a default on my credit file.
In 2007 again without my knowledge or concent, the I GROUPS second mortgage was paid off, using a second charge mortgage from a firm called SWIFT. It would appear a mortgage waiver document requiring myself to sign was required. I have yet to see said document, but from what i have been told it again bares my signature, and potentially another from a witness.
In 2008 the original 1st charge and the SWIFT second charge were repaid by a firm called THE CHESHIRE MORTGAGE CORP.
Again a waiver document was required by myself to be signed , and again my signature it would appear has been forged, strangely at the bottom of this doc it has a handwritten footnote claiming i no longer lived at the said house.
Approx 8 months after the mortgage inception , i split with my wife and the mortgage hadnt been paid for approx three months.
After finally getting to the bottom of it all, the cheshire , first asked me to stand witness if it wasnt my signature on said waiver doc, then backtracked and claimed they would only prosecute if the house went to repossession, finally completely changing stance and stating there was enough in equity to recover there loan etc and no charges would be brought.
So i have to save my home , even though its not in my name, stepped in and honoured the agreement, and caught up with the repayments.
Any advice please. And have any laws been broken as far as waiver document?

    Potentially:

    1. Obtaining property by deception s.15 Theft Act 1968 / Fraud s.1 Fraud Act 2006 (before / after January 2007)
    2. Forgery (false instrument) s. 1 Forgery & Counterfeiting Act 1981
    3. False accounting s.17 Theft Act 1968

I would think that #2 is most straightforward; #1 could be problematic if the person who is alleged to have done the acts also had an interest in the property obtained; #3 might be viable but isn't very obvious.
