Ordered mine on the 19th with free next day delivery, still waiting. Tracking info useless only saying dispatched. I ve called them and they say give it until the 29th.

Same here ordered 20th says delivery day is today and they have not turned up... Not impressed just for the fact they say its next day delivery and it should be today.

I got a dispatch email on the Saturday too. Tracking status says location Bedford - Shipment has left seller facility and is in transit.

Well that must be the longest journey from Bedford to Milton Keynes in history, seeing as they are under the same postcode too! :rotfl:

I had another order from 19th but got them today. My tracking said the same as yours Leanne even though I'm in Scotland so that must be the Royal Mail main place as that's how they were delivered. I took "in transit" to mean they had left Javari and that's all they knew.

tbh i'd rather they had sent mine by royal mail as city link are rubbish!! i missed the delivery guy on thurs so phoned them & asked if it could be left with a neighbour if i wasn't in when they tried to deliver on friday which the delivery guy chose to ignore!!! they were supposed to redeliver today but when i checked online about lunch time today they weren't showing as out for delivery so i had to phone their customer services yet again & apparently the delivery depot reckon that it wasn't showing on their system to come out for delivery today!!! now i've got to wait in again tomorrow!!!

I prefer Royal Mail too as the depot is only down the road if I'm not in. I like Hermes too as the lady that delivers for them knows exactly where I like my stuff to be left but have had problems before mainly with DHL - the last tie my parcel travelled round the country to 3 different depots before I got it! Hope they deliver to you early so you're not stuck in all day. It's strange how they're using Royal Mail for some orders and couriers for others.
